Refund & Returns Policy

Order Cancellation

Order cancellations are excepted only until the order is not shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Once the cancellation is accepted, the refund will be processed within 15 business days from the date of cancellation acceptance.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Returns

Currently, we are not accepting any returns once the order has been delivered. However in a special scenario, you want to return the item, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. We may, in our sole discretion, accept or refuse to accept the return.

If accepted, we’ll schedule the pickup of the item. The item should not be used and will be supervised by our pick-up agent. Please read the conditions in the passage below.

We will reimburse you no later than 15 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Eaxchange

The approval of exchange of the same item with another color or different size will depend on the availability of that item. We request to you send your exchange details to our email.

We will schedule the pickup of the item.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods should be delivered in last 7 days.
  • The goods should not used and should be in original condition.
  • The goods are in the original packaging.

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

We’ll schedule the pickup of the item for the return or exchange. The pickup agent will supervise the item before pickup for the conditions mentioned above.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
